OLEUM MAR is a private south-facing detached villa with breathtaking views over the bay of Roses and the mountains of Pyrenees.The property is completely fenced and is located at the highest point of the urbanization Mas Fumats. The property borders the national park, ideal for hiking or biking.
The villa has a large pool (10m x 3m) and large sun awnings with plenty of space where you can relax and sunbathe.
The upper floor with a bright open plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a wardrobe and a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, (English and Spanish).

The beautiful villa is located only 5 minutes by car from the charming and lively center of Roses/Rosas with its numerous restaurants, bars and its beautiful coastline and only 3 minutes from the Aquapark, which is suitable for all ages.
Airplane: Girona Airport can be reached from the holiday home in 50 minutes via the motorway. Car rentals on site!
Car: From Germany completely via the motorway to the Roses exit (Sortida No. 3), from there about 20 minutes to the Mas Fumats urbanization. Please keep in mind that the motorways in France charge tolls.

Cancellation policy : If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the amount paid back. Otherwise you will not receive a refund.
COVID19: If due to closed borders the arrival is not possible, the made payments will be refunded or transferred to a new rental contract for the coming year.
