Leider starker Zigarettengeruch

Wir haben die Wohnung wegen der geringen Entfernung zum Meer ausgesucht. Leider empfing uns bei Ankunft kalter Zigarettengeruch in der etwas muffigen Wohnung. Vom Vermieter war leider nur zu hören, rauchen sei in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, also könne das nicht sein und sowieso könne er uns aus der Entfernung nicht helfen. Der Rauch wurde auch durch viel Lüften von Tag zu Tag nur langsam schwächer, bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt war das Lüften zudem sehr ungemütlich.
Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, z.T. abgenutzt, aber funktionstüchtig. Von den Glühbirnen funktionierte etwa die Hälfte. Immerhin war die Wohnung bei Ankunft sauber.
Für uns war es leider nur wenig erholsam, so dass wir nächstes mal unser Glück mit einer anderen Ferienwohnung, dann hoffentlich rauchfrei, versuchen werden.

Laut meinem Mietvertrag ist das rauchen in der Fewo strikt verboten !!! Die defekten Glühbirnen wurden zwischenzeitlich ausgetauscht !

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen durchs Watt und am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht die modernste, aber trotzdem gut. Zum kochen könnte am Herd eine etwas bessere Beleuchtung sein. Wir freuen uns auf ein Nächstes mal.

Bei der Ankunft wurde das Sofa repariert, da es defekt war. Die Waschmaschine taugt nichts, da die Wäsche nach dem Waschgang stank und nass war, dafür noch 4 euro zahlen. Ein Backofen in der Küche und ein Föhn im Bad wurde vermisst. Alles im allem war es sauber und gepflegt und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Waschmaschine muss dringlich ausgetauscht werden, da gerade Familien mit Kindern brauchen eine funktionierende Waschmaschine. Ein Wiederkommen im nächsten Jahr ist von unserer Seite ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Zu diesem Mangel kann ich nichts sagen, da es sich nicht um meine Fewo handelte !!!Die Waschmaschine im Keller des Hauses wird Anfang September durch eine neue ersetzt !
