Cancellation policy
Please note: If you cancel due to travel warnings from the Federal Foreign Office regarding the presence of Coronavirus in your chosen holiday region, we will work with you to try and find a new time for you to stay within the following 24 months. If no new booking is made within this window of time, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
For cancellations due to other reasons:
a) In the event of a cancellation made up to the 90th day before the start of your occupancy: 30% of the total price
b) In the event of a cancellation made from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of your occupancy: 50% of the total price
c) In the event of a cancellation made from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of your occupancy: 75% of the total price
d) In the event of a cancellation made from the 29th day before the start of your occupancy and for no-shows: 100% of the total price

Holiday destination
The village of Tsoukalades – a traditional village with little shops, mini-markets, bakeries, tavernas and a pharmacy – is just a 10-minute walk away. Kaminia beach, Pefkoulia beach, Agios Nikitas and the famous Kathisma beach are all only a short drive away. Countless little, unknown beaches with crystal-clear, turquoise waters are just waiting to be discovered.
The beach at Agios Ioannis is particularly recommended for kitesurfers and windsurfers.
Lefkada has become an insider secret among paragliders.
Lively Lefkada Town with its little streets, many shops, and excellent restaurants and bars can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Excursions to the surrounding islands are also offered from there. Preveza/Lefkada Airport is only 30 minutes away by car.
Getting there
Your destination airport is Preveza/Lefkada. Regular direct flights are offered by all major airlines during the peak travel season from May to October.
It's 27 km from the airport to the villa. The journey takes about 35 minutes by taxi or by rental car.
