This luxurious apartment is part of the Strandresidentie, right in the center of Cadzand-Bad. Everything you need is within walking distance. Not only the beach and the sea but also the supermarket and the bakery. The apartment has two floors and is located on the sixth and seventh floors. Of course, there is also an elevator in the building. From the living room, you have a fantastic view of the dunes, beach, and sea. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is suitable for up to 8 people.
Layout: On the sixth floor, you enter the living area with an open kitchen. Through the large windows, you have a beautiful view over the dunes, beach, and sea. The modern, luxuriously equipped kitchen comes with all amenities including an induction stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A sliding door in the living room leads to the spacious balcony. The two bedrooms are on the south side. The first bedroom has a double box spring bed and offers access to the south balcony with a view of Cadzand-Bad and the polder landscape behind it. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and also has access to the south balcony. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the hallway, you will find a second, separate toilet.
The stairs in the living room take you to the seventh floor, where there is a separate TV room. On this floor are the third and fourth bedrooms, both with a bunk bed. There is also a third bathroom with a shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. Please note that the staircase does not have a railing.
This apartment will be offered exclusively to a maximum of 6 people in the year 2024, as one of the bedrooms upstairs is temporarily not usable.
There are two private parking spaces for the car in the garage (free of charge). Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad right on the beach promenade, just 50 meters from the beach and the sea and opposite the shopping arcade. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
