The commercial premises, with the 4 apartments above, are located on the cozy Dorpsstraat. Behind it - accessible through a gate - is the atmospheric courtyard with 15 recreational houses connected to Dijkstraat, so the resort also has a direct connection to Grevelingenmeer, a beautiful recreational area!
The recreational homes around the new village square are almost identical in layout and design, but each has its own appearance. The playful, characteristic Zeeland architecture, combined with the co-designed greenery and urban furniture, gives the square a friendly and accessible character. The square is not only a place to meet but also offers the opportunity to quietly read a book, have a drink, or enjoy a wonderful day outdoors.
