The interior of this second floor apartment with no elevator, is wonderful thanks to its modern style and the feeling of peace that it emanates. The living-dining room is perfect to watch the Satellite TV and enjoy your meals all together while admiring the views. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic top and all you may need to cook. The washing machine also is right here, together with the iron and the ironing board. There are two bedrooms with twin beds together, closet and exit to a terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available. Finally, a bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.
Located on the seafront, the terrace of this beautiful apartment is an amazing spot, no doubt. It invites to enjoy a delicious breakfast while admiring the crystal-clear waters, or a glass of wine with sun disappearing in the horizon at the end of the day. In addition, you can enjoy a nice swim in the beach which only is 30 metres away.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
