Villa Mikela is a newly built luxury villa with a pool located on a hill offering a magnificent panoramic view of the wooded hills, vineyards, and partly the sea. The villa spreads over 163 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors for 6-8 people. On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen with a dining room, a tastefully furnished and well-lit living room with a seating area and exit to the terrace with a table and chairs and pool area, as well as a separate toilet. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and bathroom is also on the ground floor of the house. On the first floor, there are a total of 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite shower/WC, a bedroom with two single beds, a balcony, and a bathroom/WC. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the green surroundings. There are also 2 extra beds available, which can be placed in the bedrooms as needed.
The pool is heated outside of the summer season for an additional charge of 130,- Eur per week.

The house is located on the edge of the village Mekisi, 2 km from the picturesque medieval town of Vizinada, where there is a shop, a café, and an ATM, while a farm is only 30m away from the house. At a distance of just 600m from the house, there are several wineries. For those who enjoy active leisure, the attractive Parenzana bike/hiking trail runs nearby.
Villa Mikela offers guests a completely fenced 820m2 garden with well-maintained lawn, a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a built-in barbecue, a private 32 sqm pool with sun loungers, and a small open-air gym with 4 different exercise machines. Covered parking for a total of 2 vehicles is available.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (in case of Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
