The chalet apartment can be reached by car all year round.
It is advisable to bring snow chains with you in winter. A covered carport and another parking space are available to you.

Tauern motorway south to Bischofshofen, exit Gasteinertal, federal road 167
From Innsbruck approx. 2 hours:
Motorway via Wörgl, federal road 312 via St. Johann / Tirol to Lofer, federal road 311 via Zell am See to Lend, federal road 167 to Gasteinertal
Coming from the south, drive via Villach, Möllbrücke and Obervellach to Malnitz. From there you can easily reach the Gastein Valley by train via the car lock

The Bad Hofgastein train station is 500 m from our beautiful chalet.

up to 90 days before arrival: retention of the deposit amount
from 89 to 30 days before arrival: retention of 40%
from 29 to 8 days before arrival: retention of 70%

from 2 days before arrival, in the event of no-show or early departure: retention of 100%
of the booked arrangement.
