This holiday home, fully and extensively renovated in 2020, is completely new and modernly furnished, offering 145 square meters of space and privacy for families and groups. The spacious and bright living room features a seating area for 8 people and a large television (smart TV). The house has 4 bedrooms, each with 2 luxurious box-spring beds measuring 200*90 cm. The largest bedroom offers extra space, for example, for a crib. It also has a sunny sitting area and another smart TV. The comprehensively equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining room, where you'll enjoy lingering after meals. Here, you can also use a microwave and an additional refrigerator, perfect for drinks. 2 modern bathrooms feature a bathtub or shower, along with a toilet and sink. A third toilet has been designed to be generously sized and wheelchair accessible. Additionally, another room with direct access to the house and garden is provided for storing your luggage and securely keeping your bicycles. 6 pedelecs can be comfortably charged here. This room also houses the washing machine and dryer. Thanks to several repeaters, the entire house and garden have a very good wireless internet connection. Throughout the house, you will find other modern details such as continuous Italian tiles "from the shower to the storage room" or LED ceiling lighting, which can be conveniently dimmed from the bed in the bedrooms. The house offers plenty of light and direct access to the garden and two terraces facing south and west, thanks to 5 large sliding doors. Private parking spaces for 2 cars are available on the property. The house is pet-free and smoke-free.

This detached holiday home for 8 people is located on the edge of the seaside resort De Koog in Orchismient. The holiday home is within walking distance to the beach and the center of De Koog.
Enjoy the peace, privacy, and comfort. It features a spacious garden with its own parking space.
On the day of arrival, keys are available from 2:00 PM at our office. Our address: Nikadel 79, De Koog.

When booking a holiday home (such as a holiday bungalow, mobile home, apartment, etc.):
- For a cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental amount;
- For a cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the rental amount;
- For a cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90% of the rental amount;
- For a cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full rental amount. The cancellation costs will not exceed the travel sum.
