Sunny flat with beautiful sun terrace, open-plan living-dining room and adjoining open-plan kitchen. The flat was completely renovated in 2019 and has a friendly, Mediterranean look. The living room has 2 corner sofa beds (use for an extra charge). The fireplace provides cosy warmth in winter, supported by the air conditioning. There are two covered terraces at your disposal. Some with sea views, some with mountain views. A modern shower room rounds off the overall impression.

Holiday destination

Cala Fornells is a quiet village right next to Paguera, within easy walking distance of the town centre and the beaches of Paguera and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Numerous shops sell their wares along the promenade and restaurants offer both local and international cuisine.

Cala Fornells itself has a small beach bay with rather coarse gravel, which is also good for swimming. A little further on, large stone terraces also offer space for sunbathing. A small wood leads to other beautiful pebble bays with wonderfully clear water.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung ( Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. ) in einer herrlichen Lage direkt in Cala Fornells. Parkplätze vor der Türe. Die Pools von Aldea 1+2 können mitbenutzt werden. Direkt in der Anlage gibt es keinen Pool. Die Wohnung ist kleiner als gedacht und die angegebene Größe ist inkl. der zwei Terrassen. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und die Wohnung punktet sonst auch mit allem. Es wird zwar nachts sehr heiß aber die AC funktioniert gut- fast zu gut :) Buchung funktioniert unkompliziert und man kann alles zuvor per Überweisung zahlen oder vor Ort Restbetrag ausschließlich in Bar bei einem Betreuer, der auch die Schlüsselübergabe abwickelt. Einen Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe & Abgabe am Ende der Mietung wäre für die Kunden sicher auch eine gute extra Lösung. Viele Buchungsplattformen handhaben dies schon so und es erspart einem die Wartezeiten bei Check in und Check out.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es gibt einen Pool in der Anlage Aldea 1, zu der auch die Wohnung gehört, welcher sich ganz unten direkt oberhalb des Meeres befindet.
Eine kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ist hier nicht möglich, da sich die Wohnung in einer Anlage befindet, welche nur durch einen Schlüssel begehbar ist und die Eigentümergemeinschaft aus Sicherheitsgrünen keinen Eingang via Zahlencode wünscht. Zudem ist uns der persönliche Kontakt zu den Gäste bei Check-in und Check-out wichtig.
