The holiday home has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the winter, you can enjoy the cosy warmth generated by the two fireplaces in the living room and conservatory (the dining area offers seating for up to 12 people).
Both the living room and living hall have a three-piece suite. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooking island, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, etc..
A panorama balcony and a unique park-like garden in a slight hillside position (3000m², unobservable) with barbecue area, log cabin, tea house, pond,... round off the wellness offers.

The living room features a modern TV, a large desk, club chair and a couch landscape with glass table. A wallbox is available for drivers of electric cars!
The log cabin has a TV as well. The bar is equipped with a small stereo system. You'll also find a PlayStation 4/FiFA 18 gaming console.

If the renter cancels the contract before the rental starts without naming another renter who will rent under the same conditions, damages will be charged with the calculation of the saved expenses (excluding for the end cleaning) if the property cannot be re-rented:

up to 21 days prior to arrival 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days prior to arrival 90% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before rental period) 100% of the rental price
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time. 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.
