The apartment is suitable for up to four adults, and a travel cot for children is available if needed. The apartment features a fully equipped fitted kitchen (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle), a bedroom with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, which has direct access to a small separate toilet, a bedroom with two single beds 90cm x 190cm, a large living room with a dining area, a high chair for children can be provided on request, a hallway with a coat rack, and a bathroom with shower/toilet and a double sink. The apartment includes a large balcony (approximately 35 m²) with a direct view of the sea. Garden furniture and sun loungers with cushions are available for your use. Additionally, you have access to free internet (Wi-Fi).

The beach and the beach promenade are just a few steps away from the holiday apartment. The promenade offers a wide variety of culinary options to make you feel completely at ease. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Nearby are the lighthouse "El Faro" and the viewpoint "Mirador". A communal pool (seasonal opening times) and tennis courts are available free of charge.
Parking is available approximately 150 meters from the apartment. Direct access to the holiday apartment is not possible.

(1.) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same terms, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
(2.) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(3.) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the date the notice is received by the landlord.
