Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment in Haus Rosi in the middle of the Tauber Valley.
The apartment has been awarded 4 stars and offers a living space of 95 sqm. The apartment has a living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms with adjustable bed slats & high-quality mattresses, a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
In the living room you will find SAT colour TV, radio/CD, DVD and a LAN connection for your laptop. In addition, there is a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful hours of sunshine.
The outside playground with swings, slide and sandpit as well as garden loungers can be used as well. There is also car parking.
In the area you will fin the cities of: Wertheim, Miltenberg, Bad Mergentheim, Creglingen, Weikersheim, Röttingen, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Würzburg, Heilbronn, Walldürn, Buchen, Mosbach.
For children we have a large play corner, doll's bed, doll's kitchen, a play cupboard and much more.
The beds are made when you arrive.
We offer shopping, beverage and bread roll service. Washing machine and dryer are available. I will be happy to wash and dry your laundry for you.

The cancellation must be made in writing.
The tenant of the holiday home is obligated to pay the following fees for non-use of the contractual services for the booked and approved time period:
- for cancellations up to 2 months before the start of your rental period € 50
- for cancellation up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the rental period 50% of the rate agreed
For cancellations made at a later date, we charge 90% of the rate agreed.
If you depart earlier after the start of the rental period, the total booked time will still be charged.
Should the apartment not be available due to force majeure, the landlord can not be held liable.
