The exclusive newly built holiday home (completed May 2021) with direct lake views from the ground floor and upper floor can be booked for 2 to 4 people. The holiday home has been furnished with love and taste in every detail. On the ground floor there is the modern furnished living room and the kitchen. Both rooms have adjoining terraces, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the water from the living area.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also a sauna there.
The holiday home enjoys a picturesque location in the heart of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, ideal for relaxing walks.

The Hotel "Nautilus" is located in the immediate vicinity of the residential town of Putbus.

The following cancellation deadlines and the corresponding costs apply to the booking of the holiday home:
If cancelled 4 weeks or less before arrival = 80% of the travel price is due
Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival = 100% of the total price due
In the event of early departure or no-show, the total price must be paid, taking into account any expenses saved and any profits gained from alternative use of the property.
We would like to point out that the cancellation conditions stated here apply when concluding the rental agreement.
