The deluxe new building is located in the upper area of the renowned "Domaine de la Nartelle", not far from the sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime with numerous beach restaurants and the "Blue Green" golf course.
The domaine is characterised by high-quality villa development and a very quiet location with a fantastic view of the bay of St. Tropez. From here, you can reach the beaches and the centres of Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres with the regular ferry to St. Tropez in just a few minutes by car.

Unserer Familie, 6 Erwachsende und 2 Kinder, hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne, moderne und sichere Villa im Topzustand.
Faszinierter und toller Meerblick von allen Terrassen sowie aus allen Zimmern. In den Betten der Schlafzimmer kann man sich, wenn man will, vom Sonnenaufgang wecken lassen.
Toller Pool mit einem breiten kindergerechten Podest.
Die Schiebefenster sind in der Wand versenkbar, so dass Küche und Wohnzimmer quasi zum Teil der Terrasse werden.
Die Villa hat einen außergewöhnlich schönen Garten mit vielen alten Olivenbäumen und Palmen. Dieser Garten kann nachts auch illuminiert werden.
Der Verwalter ist bei Bedarf immer verfügbar.
Resümee: Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen.
