Our chalet is built directly on Lake Neusiedl on wooden stilts. Thanks to the two dormers in the kitchen/dining area, the 45m² alpine hut is flooded with light and exudes coziness. The chalet has a ground-level bedroom for 2 people and 2 sleeping areas in the gable for 2 people each, which can be reached via a ladder. There is an indoor shower, toilet, and sink, as well as an outdoor shower on the platform. After cooling off in Lake Neusiedl, you can enjoy the sunset under the pergola and let the day wind down.
The Spitzhütte is entirely built of wood and is situated directly on the Neusiedler See.

Rust is located in northern Burgenland, on the western shore of Lake Neusiedl, close to the Hungarian border. With 1,980 inhabitants, it is one of the smallest cities in Austria and is considered one of the most beautiful places in Burgenland. Rust is also known as the "City of Storks." Our two charming chalets are located in the Ruster Bay in the Romantika II settlement.
From Vienna-Schwechat Airport, you can take the airport train CAT or the rapid transit railway to Vienna Central Station, and from there you can travel by train to Schützen am Gebirge or by bus lines 285 and 286 directly to Rust.
