Our holiday home is a tiny house, small floor plan with comfortable furnishings.
A bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and underfloor heating, a sleeping area that can be reached via a spiral staircase (passage width 40 cm!) and a beautiful wooden terrace for sunbathing and barbecuing.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a fridge, a ceramic hob, an oven with a microwave.
The counter is used for eating, working and complementing the kitchen work surface.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a workplace, for relaxation and as an additional place to sleep.
Thanks to the sauna, wooden terrace, outdoor shower, the large property with old trees and the direct location on the Lauter, nothing stands in the way of relaxation!
The interior design of the tiny house was chosen in such a way that it appears as large as possible. The panoramic windows offer a view of the crowns of an old tree population + the wooded mountains in the area, pull in the outside area, the wooden terrace complements the inside. The comfort such as the bathtub, fitted kitchen, sauna, outdoor shower leave nothing to be desired. The large property directly on the Lauter offers plenty of freedom of movement.

Cycling: The Lautertal cycle path begins in Kaiserslautern at the Westbahnhof and leads through Katzweiler and the Lautertal to Lauterecken.
Hiking: The Pfälzer Höhenweg starts at the train station in neighboring Wolfstein. Veldenz hiking trail, 5 circular hiking trails of the Lauterecken Palatinate Forest Association, 3 Nordic walking trails. Other hiking trails can be accessed via Outdooractive.

Pfalzcard: The guests of our holiday apartment receive the Pfalzcard free of charge, and on the one hand they can use all buses and regional trains in the entire Palatinate free of charge and on the other hand the small card is also a ticket for more than 100 leisure activities that can be used free of charge during the entire stay .
The holiday home is located in Oberweiler in the beautiful Lauter Valley, surrounded by large, partly wooded hills that invite you to take beautiful walks.
The Lautertal cycle path, which runs right past the house, invites you to an active holiday. The leisure pool and the sports park in Wolfstein (approx. 5 km) complete the range of leisure activities.
But relaxation without leaving the property is also possible given the direct location on the Lauter, the huge property, the sauna, the outdoor shower and the large wooden terrace.
From Kaiserslautern: via the B 270 in the direction of Lauterecken. After Wolfstein turn right over the level crossing to Oberweiler and follow the priority road (main road). After the left turn on the left is our property with two parking spaces / Hauptstraße 9
