Cancellation policy
In case of cancelation following graduation will be considered:
- until 56 days before the arrival day: 40% of the rental price agreed
- until 49 days before the arrival day: 60% of the rental price agreed
- until 42 days before the arrival day: 90% of the rental price agreed
- otherwise (less than 42 days): 100% of the rental price agreed

Holiday destination
The village of Matala is placed at the south coast of Crete and is easy reachable from the airport of Heraklion.
Iti is a small village which mainly depends on the tourism industry although did not loose his authentic character.
Family-run restaurants and hotels give Matala its unique character. Cars have been banned from the village centre, a while ago.
Matala's geographical position makes it to a perfect starting point in order to explore Crete and its treasures.
