Our farm house is 350 year old, furnished in cosy Tyrolean style. The kitchen is completely equipped with an original wooden bar with drawing system. 2 comfortable Tyrolean wooden parlours with tiled heating stove.
Holiday home for 4 to 12 pax: ( 5x WC, 4x shower)
At the sunniest and most beautiful place of the valley: Our rustic, 300 years old farmhouse (250m2) is situated at the entrance of the Tuxertal valley above the district Vorderlanersbach at 1500 m above sea level. The ski slope is about 800 m away. In summer it is an ideal starting point for various hikes. Non-smoking house!

Nach Mayrhofen rechts nach Finkenberg und weiter bis Vorderlanersbach.
In der Ortsmitte Vorderlanersbach, vor dem Hotel "Tuxerhof" rechts der Straße in Kehren folgen- ca. 300m.
An der Straßengabelung links fahren und der Straße bergan ca. 1,4 km folgen.
Der Martlerhof steht links unterhalb der Straße. Einfahrt ist beim "Scheurerhof".
Im Winter sind Schneeketten erforderlich!
