The house with the vacation apartment is located in the quiet district Kattenhorn from Öhningen in a slightly elevated position and is only accessible via a residental street.
The apartment has a wonderful view of the "Untersee", whose shore is only about 100 meters away from the house. The apartment is equipped in the living and outside area of high quality (parquet, tiles, separate double bedroom as well as a small single bedroom, spacious terrace with adjoining lawn). The first floor apartment also leaves nothing to be desired in the kitchen, bathroom and living room equipment (fully automatic coffee machine, oven, large refrigerator and freezer, rain shower, Internet radio, Internet TV with media library).

Car:
From Stuttgart A81 direction Konstanz / Radolfzell, take the exit Steißlingen. Then take the B33 in the direction of Singen / Steißlingen / Moos /Stein am Rhein until Öhningen-Kattenhorn .
Train:
From Germany to Radolfzell train station and from there by bus to Kattenhorn / Im Ziehler stop. From there it is 600m to the apartment.
From Switzerland to the train station Stein am Rhein and from there by bus to the bus stop Kattenhorn / Im Ziehler.

Cancellation conditions
A booked stay can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to 35 days before arrival.
Thereafter, the following cancellation conditions apply to the total rental price:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of occupancy: 50%.
- In the event of cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day before the start of occupancy 70%.
- In the event of cancellation from the 14th day to the start of occupancy or in the event of no-show 100%.
Plus visitor's tax - currently 2,00 €/day/person (01.04.-31.10.2024) - otherwise 1.50 €.
