Villa Anima Calama is located in the quiet Istrian village Filipana.. The property has an outside area of 1.400 sqm and therefore offers plenty of space for outdoor living. The villa is furnished in a slightly rustic style. It consists of a living room (the sofa can be converted into a bed of 140 x 200 cm), kitchen with spacious dining room and toilet on the ground floor. On the first there are two bedrooms with own bathroom that exudes a spa atmosphere.
Outside is lounge area and outdoor pool (32 sqm) with five comfortable wooden deck chairs.
Beside the pool there is a summer kitchen with toilet, covered porch with a large table and outdoor grill.
In the yard there is a children's playground and garden with organic vegetables that offer you to pick and eat them.
Due to its characteristics, this villa is ideal as family accommodation. Four people are optimal, five people are the maximum.

The villa Anima Calma is located on the outskirts of the village of Filipana, only a few kilometres from the natural beaches and medieval town Svetvincenat and Vodnjan, Fazana and Rovinj on the west coast and not far from Labin and Rabac on the east coast and about 20 km from Pula. The view extends on the one hand to Učka, the highest peak in Istria, and on the other hand to Kvarner and the peaks of Osorčica, a mountain on the island of Lošinj.
Nearby there is an open-air adrenaline park, a ranch with horses and many other recreational opportunities. In the immediate vicinity there are vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy a wine tasting and olive oil in an authentic atmosphere and experience the typical and traditional life in Istria.
