The apartment is in a well-kept 3-family terraced house in a green area of Münster-Hiltrup.
The bright daylight bathroom with a large shower goes off to the left of the small hallway. You have your own washing machine here. And shower gel, shampoo, towels, toilet paper... everything is already prepared here for your relaxing stay.
Straight ahead is the 50 m² apartment. Directly on the left is the kitchen area with a modern fitted kitchen with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. If you like to cook: a large selection of pots, crockery, glasses and spices is a matter of course here. The heart of the kitchen area is the large, solid dining table with its seven comfortable chairs. Here you can even entertain guests or hold a meeting. This is followed by the living area. The large comfortable couch can be pulled out into a bed. This means that several people can sleep separately here. A TV is of course also available.
Behind it there is a desk with a comfortable office chair, well stocked with all office utensils. A LAN connection (100 MB) for your laptop and a WLAN connection ensure high-speed Internet.
The sleeping area is optically separated by a room divider. A high-quality 1.80 bed offers the best sleeping comfort. And the large built-in wardrobe has space for your clothes.
A cot and a high chair can also be provided on request.
Outside, a small sunny patio is set up for you. The garden chairs with table and parasol can be found right around the corner from the landlord's garden.
Parking? You will certainly find a suitable parking space for your car at any time of the day on the small residential street.

The location? Sure, you don't live here in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Münster. But the most popular district of Münster, namely Hiltrup, also has over 35,000 inhabitants. You will find everything for your daily needs directly on site. A large shopping center with two supermarkets, two bakeries, pharmacy, etc. is only 250 m away. The core of the district with many other shopping opportunities is about 1 km away. And the center of Münster is 6 km away. The people of Münster are quick to cycle such short distances. You will enjoy the well-developed network of cycle paths. Münster is not the country's bicycle capital for nothing. Otherwise, the bus stop with very good connections is right around the corner. The motorway exit to the A1 can be reached in 6 minutes, there is also a train connection in Hiltrup and Münster main station can also be reached quickly by bus.
In Hiltrup itself you can enjoy the tranquility of a suburb with lots of greenery. Your jogging route? Can start right at the front door. Indoor and outdoor pools are also nearby. Or you can use the Hohe Ward nature reserve or the Dortmund-Ems Canal for a walk. So we are sure that you will like it very much here and that you will find an optimal balance to the strenuous job.
If you are coming from the A1, take the Münster-Hiltrup exit. From then on, only seven roundabouts and about 5 km separate you from your holiday home.
If you arrive by train from the main station, take bus line 5 from Terminal D 2 diagonally opposite the main exit on the other side of the street. Your stop is then the Meesenstiege. And from there it is only 160 m to your holiday home.
