To make it even cozier in the winter, a beautiful design pellet stove has been installed.
Our 2020 renovated holiday apartment, located on a green avenue in Bergen NH, features a sunny and private garden, a bright eat-in kitchen with a large dining table and a comfortable lounge sofa, two bedrooms with new beds (a box spring bed of 160 x 200 downstairs, two box spring beds of 90 x 200 upstairs), a separate shower with sink, and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and induction hob. Nespresso machine with milk frother and kettle. There is also an (old) washing machine.
The house offers plenty of storage space. The stairs to the workspace and the second bedroom are not suitable for people with mobility impairments (see photo).
The beach of Bergen Aan Zee is famous far beyond the Netherlands. A long, white stretch of coast behind the broad dunes, with a magnificent view over the North Sea. Kilometers of space for fun and sunbathing in the summer. And also for endless walks in all seasons.
Upon arriving in the mystical Bergen, one immediately understands why this is truly an artists' village. The light filtered by the trees, the shady avenues, the unique location between the forest and dunes – inspiration comes naturally here.
The location of the holiday home is perfect, close to the forest (at night you can hear the owls and sometimes see a squirrel in the trees), 400 meters from the lively center and a 15-minute bike ride to Bergen aan Zee.
