Beautiful, modern double room (with shower u. WC) with ground level, separate entrance. Coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, stove and refrigerator are at your disposal. For a cozy start to the day you will receive a large breakfast on request. Our house is located very quietly in Gaienhofen. You are in 5 min (about 500m) directly on the shore of Lake Constance.

Relax in our beautiful garden with deck chairs and seating area.
For our bike-enthusiastic guests there is a lockable bike room for parking the bikes.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer kleinen, feinen Aussenterrasse.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an heimisch gefühlt, dank der freundlichen Aufnahme durch die Gastgeber. Es wurden uns gute Tipps für Kulturangebote und Wanderungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Dem Hund wurde viel Aufmerksamkeit zu Teil. Man ist schnell draußen in der Natur.

Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche. Ideal für Paare mit Hund, super gelegen. Die Familie Eppstein ist total nett , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gut. Frau Eppstein war immer für uns da und zauberte uns immer eine schöne Tischdirektion mit Blumen aus dem wundervollen Garten und unser Hund hat Wienerle bekommen. Gleich um die Ecke ist man in der Natur und Sammy fand das richtig toll. Wir haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert weil es so gemütlich war. Wir sagen tausend Dank. Beate und Sylvia
