Withdrawal / cancellation:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period.
The withdrawal must be declared in writing and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord.
The following compensation is due upon withdrawal:
up to 90 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price
thereafter 100% of the rental price.

Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen, alles war unkompliziert. Wir sind von der Gastfreundschaft und der Betreuung sehr begeistert. Das Haus mit dem Pool und den zwei Terassen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick über die Berge ist wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
