The apartments border on with one of the oldest golf courses in Italy, the Golf Bogliaco, and are located at only few minutes from the Lake.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, it is located on the ground floor and it is formed by an independent entrance, a spacious and bright living room-kitchen, a furnished porch with table and chairs, garden, two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and bathroom with shower. Internal stairs to the basement with another big room with just one little window without view, two beds and bathroom.

The big swimming pool with lake view and the garden are given to the exclusive use of our clients.
In the pool area only inflatables with life buoy function are allowed.
All other types of inflatables (mats, crocodiles, flamingos, rubber boats, etc. etc. are not allowed and cannot be used).

By car from Milan/Venice (A4) (A35):
Exit Brescia Est. Follow the signs for Salò.
Take the SS45bis leading towards Salò, but do not enter the town.
Continue along the state road 45bis (Gardesana Ovest) until you reach Gargnano.
By car from the Brenner Pass (A22):
Exit Rovereto Sud and continue in the direction towards Riva del Garda and then Brescia.
Stay on the Gardesana Ovest road until you reach Gargnano.

- If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 100% of the total rental amount.
