The house is situated on a mound in the local situation of the Elbe River Island Krautsand. The apartment is on the ground floor and features a generous cut with office, sunroom, kitchen, 3 large bedrooms. Full bath and guest toilet.

In addition to the veranda, the terrace with seating. The terrace is a lawn with fruit trees.

Holiday destination

The Elbisland Krautsand offers a large sandy beach, the distance to the beach is about 600m, many trails for hiking and cycling.

The nearest shops are in Dornbusch and Drochtersen in 4 to 6 km. In the vicinity is the county town of Stade with its picturesque Old Town and the old port of the Hanseatic period.

The Elbe ferry to reach the other side of the river on Glückstadt with an equally attractive old town. Daily trips in Hamburg, Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven to achieve them.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr geräumig. Wer nicht gerade auf Designermöbel wert legt, findet eine gemütliche, dem Landhaus entsprechende Einrichtung vor. Auch wenn ein paar Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, wirkt im Haus alles sauber und gepflegt. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück mit eigenem Wald kann man gut relaxen, Kinder können ungestört spielen. Über die sehr sympathischen Vermieter ist schon einiges geschrieben worden, wir können das nur bestätigen! Wer viel im Internet unterwegs ist, sollte eine schnelle Mobilfunkverbindung mitbringen - WLAN gibt es leider nicht! Wir haben im Urlaub ca. 600km mit den Fahrrädern zurückgelegt- es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten, nicht nur rechts und links der Elbe. Leider existieren Hofcafé und Hofladen nicht mehr. Vielen Dank, Fam. Krebs, bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ich gebe mir große Mühe mein Handwerkerhaus von 1871 instand zuhalten und investiere hier jedes Jahr ohne es kaputt zu renovieren. Wie es mal ein Gast gesagt hat. Somit erhalte ich den Flair zum Wohlfühlen.
