Holiday destination
Asel is a district of Vöhl and offers guests tranquility and closeness to nature. Just a few meters to Ederssee where you can take the passenger ferry to Asel South. Many attractions at the Edersee invite. A trip to Korbach with its beautiful old town is worth as much as the way to Bad Wildungen to indoor water park.

Getting about Vöhl.
Caution Do not drive towards Asel -Süd. That's on the other side of Edersees!
Traffic Technically Asel can be reached even only on the county road 31 from Vöhl, from the hostel High ride the road to Herzhausen is open only for walkers and cyclists. With appropriate water level runs a small motorized passenger ferry, the "ferry Asel" between Asel and Asel -Süd, it is also suitable for the transport of bicycles.

Ich habe mich im Ferienhaus Carolin auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt und hatte bei wundervollem Wetter eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Natur!
Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und ich überlege schon, wann ich nochmal hinfahren kann.

Wir waren allesamt (2 Erw./2 Kinder), super begeistert von dem idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaus. Bereits beim öffnen der Tür kam einem der natürliche Geruch des hauptsächlich aus Holz bestehenden Hauses entgegen. Das Ambiente war dementsprechend sehr gemütlich und die Bilder vom Ferienhaus im Internet hatten nicht zu viel versprochen. Da es draußen bereits etwas kühler, herbstlicher war, haben wir natürlich den Kamin genutzt :) dessen Wärme sich schnell im gesamten Haus ausbreitete.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind liebevoll eingerichtet, und für die Kinder wurde das Zimmer extra sehr schön hergerichtet. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer... alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche lässt zudem keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage erlaubt es in alle Richtungen schöne Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
