Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can moor your boat at the private jetty. You can end the day with a good glass of wine outside on the terrace.
This house is located in a quiet residential area. For the sake of peace and because of the neighbours, you will have to respect certain rules of conduct. This house is very suitable for families and not for groups of young people.
