A large table for 6 people with chairs, a high bar table with stools, and an outdoor shower for refreshment complete the inviting oasis of well-being. Of course, the sea at your doorstep invites you for a refreshing dip.
Little Hawaii has a large, fully equipped kitchen. It includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a large fridge-freezer combination. All other kitchen accessories are also available.

The drive from the airport takes about an hour, approximately 65 km: Follow the signs from the airport exit towards Morro Jable, Jandia, FV-2. Stay on this main road (FV-2) until you reach Costa Calma at the end of the motorway, exit number 68. At the exit, take the second exit at the roundabout. Then turn right until the next roundabout. Here, take the second exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit (sign towards H10 Playa Esmeralda). Follow the road, passing the "H10 Tindaya" hotel. Cancellation and Early Termination
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation
up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the manager will endeavor to re-rent the property.
The tenant can always prove that the damage incurred is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day on which the statement is received by the manager.
With kids until 12 year we ask you to pay a deposit from 250€ in cash.
