The Cottage is completely renovated and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5/6 people. With the possibility of accommodating up to 9 people. The villa has two large bedrooms with 1 and 2 double beds respectively, a comfortable double sofa bed + a single bed in the living room. The villa has 2 bathrooms: one with shower, bidet and wc, the other has a large Teuco whirlpool bath for 2 people set into the floor, bidet and wc.
On the large terrace there is a table for 8 people, beach loungers and parasols, a large barbecue on wheels, as well as a shaded bamboo pavilion, covered, 4X4 mt. with an additional fridge and a sofa.
There is also a swimming pool for your solely use only.

The area is rich in beautiful hiking trails and other outdoor opportunities. Ideal for sports lovers of trekking, mountain biking and horse riding, as it is located in the middle of hiking trails with CAI signage that allow you to discover lakes, streams, castles and ancient stone villages where time seems to stand still, but which come alive in the summer with medieval festivals, food and wine festivals.
The country house is located at 600 metres above sea level, immersed in the green of the chestnut woods, far from any noise of civilization, next to a source of pure drinkable water, an ideal place for a relaxing and invigorating stay.

After about 5 km at the crossroads for Montereggio, continue keeping to the left for Parana
after 8 hairpin bends, past the small village of 4 houses called Casadiloia, 6.4 km from the stone arches of Mulazzo
