Cottage with whirlpool located at 1,400 m & # 178; natural plot in Klitgårds Fiskerleje. The house has two double bedrooms and a double bed in the living room. In the living room there are i.a. wireless internet, flat screen TV with Chromecast for streaming own services, wood burning stove and cozy furnishings. Bathroom with shower and whirlpool for 2 people. Kitchen with i.a. fridge / freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a good large wooden terrace with garden furniture and good opportunities to find shelter. For the little ones there is a swing set. Youth groups not allowed. Klitgårds Fiskerleje is a nature area by Nibe, approx. 15 km. from Aalborg with a wealth of specialty shops, restaurants and sights. There are 2 golf clubs in the immediate area; Sebber Kloster Golfklub, Sebbersund and Aalborg Golfklub, Restrup) where you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful area while you play a game of golf. From the area you are located right in the butter hole, with both the North Sea, Fårup Sommerland, Aalborg and much more within only 1 hour drive.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
