The Apartment is nice and cosy and with air-condition.

Our house is 60 meters from the beach away and 1.5 km from city center Porec walking near the sea.

In our neiboroughood are 2 grocery stores and several Restaurants. We have also a lot of possibilitys for sport (tennis, mini-golf, riding, biking...)

Holiday destination

Porec is often referred to as the capital of Croatian tourism. The town is situated on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula.

Ever since the Roman era, the town has played an important role in the region for reasons such as its position, agricultural resources and religious dominance.

The Euphrasius basilica dating from the 5th century A.D. is the most impressive and famous monument in Porec. It has been a UNESCO world heritage site since 1997.

The basilica is one of the best preserved Byzantine complexes in Europe. It was Bishop Euphrasius who ordered a basilica to be built on an older one from the 3rd century A.D.

The interior of the church is relatively simple in contrast to the magnificence of its exterior. Do not miss the concerts of classical music during the summer.

Getting there

Auf der Autobahn 4 bis zum Grenzübergang Italien-Slovenien. Auf der via Flavia, s15 5-6 km Richtung Grenze.

Nach der Grenze 8 km auf der A1 Richtung Koperzentrum, dann rechts, Schild (pula-hr) auf der 11/e751 smarska cesta Richtung Kastel e751/Dragonja (15 km).

Nach der Grenze geradeaus auf der Schnellstraße Richtung Porec.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und ist dabei aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Klima lief tadellos und konnte fernbedient werden.
Es fehlte zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, diese wurde uns dann auf Nachfrage sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Da es sich bei der Küche " lediglich" um eine Kitchenette handelt, ist nur ein Zweipattenkocher vorhanden, der nicht zur Zubereitung größerer Gerichte geeignet ist. Da im Umfeld viele Speiselokale vorhanden sind, hat uns dies nicht wirklich gestört, sollte aber bei der Urlaubskasse mit berücksichtigt werden.
Der nächste Strand (betoniert) ist in etwa 80 Metern zu erreichen. Bis nach Porec läuft man am Strand entlang etwa 30 Minuten.

Neuwertiges Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Sehr nette Besitzerin. Kurzer Weg zum Meer wo sich direkt ein Restaurant befindet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Altstadt von Porec ist mit einem gemütlichen Spaziergang in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
