Holiday cottage with swimming pool and good location close to the ocean at Saltum Strand. The pool area has tiled floors and large pool of approx. 18 m2 with swimming coach and water slide. Please note the pool is heated with a heat pump. There is a 2 person whirlpool and sauna for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances such as cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room is comfortable and cosy furnished, heated by electric heating and the cosy wood-burning stove, which can be rotated so it can heat in several directions. The house is also equipped with a DVD player, stereo set with CD player and TV. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms with toilet, wash basin, shower and underfloor heating. The house is equipped with washing machine, dryer, high chair and cot. The areas around the house invites for walks both in the dunes and on the beach. The house is located on a 1750 m2 plot approx. 900 m from the North Sea. There are large terraces around the house with good opportunities to find shelter. For the children there is a lowered terrace (usage at own risk/insurance).

Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
