A ski shoe dryer with ski stand is in a room in the cellar.
The house is sunny, quiet but central situated, enough parking.

The new climbing route Talbach is highly recommended - especially the beginning is particularly suitable for children.
Walkers can rest in Jausenstüberl or meet there with the climbers to a comfortable round
The house is situated between the skiing areas Zillertal Arena and Zillertal3000, die ideal skiing ressorts.
In summer it is starting point for each sporting activity with view to the famous Zillertaler mountains.
For walking or biking-tours the Zillerpromenade-way close to the hous is fine. Children find a wide range of facilities in two playing-fields close to the house.
A bus-stop is 150m away, a top restaurant with its own butchery also 50m.
Use the Inntalautobahn A12 E60 Ausfahrt Zillertal, direction Mayrhofen till exit Zell am Ziller, Zellberg to Laimach
