The house is located in the centre of the small village of Pianello del Lario, just 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, to the bakery store and to 2 little romantic restaurants.
Activities such as all types of water-sports in summer, hiking in the mountains (unforgettable and not dangerous experience), exploring very famous small villages, like Menaggio and Bellagio, reachable also by boat, big cities like Milano and Lugano and famous ski-resorts such as St. Moritz and Livigno, where you can buy tax-free.
