Holiday destination
Dachstein West is one of the best kept secrets of Austria and is listed in any tour operator. The area has its character, as it existed prior to the earlier mass tourism reserve. Russbach is a really beautiful mountain village with a good cafe and inns.

Das Haus Skiblick hat ausreichend Platz und mit einer schönen Sauna, einem gemütlichen Kamin und einer tollen Küche mit viel Platz für gemeinsames Kochen und vielen tollen Wanderzielen in der nächsten Umgebung alles, was man für einen erholsamen Herbsturlaub in den Bergen braucht. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort und es gab auch ausreichende Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Der kleine Bach, der am Haus verläuft, plätschert sehr idyllisch und ist in keinster Weise störend. Mehrere Kühe und ein Pferd weiden direkt am Haus, was vor allem unserer Tochter sehr gut gefiel. Die vom Vermieter empfohlene Wanderung zu den Gosauer Seen ist sehr lohnend!

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr groß, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3Kinder und hatten jede Menge Platz, der Kühlschrank hätte etwas größer sein können aber so haben wir halt alle 3 Tage etwas eingekauft das ging auch. Auch der kleine Bach welcher am Haus vorbei fließt störte uns nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub welchen wir gerne wieder in dem Haus verbringen würden.
