The Finca spans two floors and features a total of 4 bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy hallway and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven. Additionally, there is a living room, a dining area, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the outdoor area, where you will find a large dining area and a barbecue area. Enjoy culinary delights outdoors and take the opportunity to soak in the Mediterranean atmosphere. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own staircase. The larger bedroom on the first floor features a relaxing living area and a bathroom with a bathtub. This area offers a magnificent view of the surroundings and is the ideal place to unwind and relax.
The outdoor area of Finca Can Nin is a true highlight. A large lawn extends in front of the house, inviting you to engage in outdoor activities. What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. The Finca Can Nin is about 1km outside of the cozy and lively place Santanyí on the southeast coast of Mallorca. The southeast coast is distinguished by a pleasant tourism, the many bays and sandy beaches, as for its traditional Majorca showing the islands culture.
In this region you will still find farmers on donkey carts, colorful and diverse weekly farmers markets in the small villages and a wide selection of restaurants serving traditional local dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Whether the almond blossom in January, poppy flower in March, start the swimming season in May or the almond crop in the late summer, Majorca’s environment and nature has always something to offer.
In Santanyí you will find a choice of supermarkets and smaller grocery stores with tasty local produce. In the morning you can buy your breakfast at one of the many good local bakers and for shopping there are all sorts of small boutiques with selected goods in the village center. During the summer months, there are several times musicians performing in the town square. It’s a place where friends and family come together and enjoy their wonderful holidays in good company.
