A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Mediterranean style villa, southwest facing villa with spectacular views over the bay of Cala Llamp. There is a private pool and many outside terrace areas for dining and relaxing.
Entrance level offers a spacious living room and dining room, each with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The upper level comprises a second living room with a fireplace and the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, private terrace and access to the garden and pool area. The lower level comprises further bedrooms and bathrooms. Central heating and ac throughout.

The villa is located close to the Gran Folies beach club of Cala Llamp and the variety of cafes and restaurants in Puerto de Andratx are only a short car drive away.
There are a variety of water sports including, diving, snorkelling, yacht charter, there are plentiful golf courses within a 10 -15 minute drive, the nearest is Golf De Andratx, in Camp De Mar.
You will be spoilt for choice with beaches, Puerto De Andratx beach is small, you have larger beaches within a 10-15 minute drive.
On arrival at the villa you will be met by our representative and shown around the property.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the apartment. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the 30% deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking. For bookings of eight weeks or less of arrival date, full payment

If payment is not received we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.
For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges: 42 - 55 days: 60%.29 - 41 days: 70%. 22 - 28 days: 90%. 0 - 21 days: 100%. Cancellation notification is required in writing by post or by e-mail.
