The non-smoking holiday apartment, on the third floor of a renovated old building from the Wilhelminian period, can be reached via a lift in the stairwell. It consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, two individually furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower facilities and a washing machine.
There is a smart TV in each bedroom, on which you have the option of logging in to Netflix with your own access, in addition to the analogue and digital TV channels.
In the living room, this is also possible with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazone Prime.
The hallway also offers space to browse with original seats from the Leipzig Opera and a map of Dresden and the surrounding area.

From our district and the holiday apartment, it is easy to get to all parts of Dresden by public transport.
It takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the center of Dresden, the Semper Opera or the Frauenkirche.
There are many shops within walking distance (bakers, butchers, Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, Post, etc.) or fast food restaurants (sushi, Asia, kebab) and restaurants.
The apartment is easy to reach by public transport (10-15 minutes from the main train station) and by car.
For cars there is a good possibility for free parking in the adjacent streets.
