The surface of a villa is 70 m2 with two floors. On the ground floor is a kitchen with a little bathroom. Climbing stairs on the first floor are two bedrooms and one bathroom with with shower and washing machine. In the middle of the house, where there is another room, you will have billiard and electronic dart at your disposal. There is also another additional toilet. The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery, olive trees and Istrian stone. Of course the pets are welcomed. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot for 2 cars.

The house is in the middle of Istria so everything is on a disposal with a few min.with a car..in Pazin is a castle and a whole, zip line that it goes trough a whole, in Kringa is an adventure park, Dinopark in Funtana, Papago Park near Porec, Istralandia aquapark near Umag....
On arrival day the owner will awaiting you in the house to give you the keys and tips for your vacation. We will inform you a 7 days before your arrival about the arrival. Have a nice and safety journey to Istria.
