The house with a surface of a 110m²and with 2 floors. When you enter in the house on a left side is a living room with a sofa, big SAT TV and air conditioning. On the right side is a nice and comfortable kitchen with a table and chairs for meals. The kitchen is completely equipped. Trough wooden round stairs you are coming on the first floor of the house and here is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the house is a WiFi internet connection and in front of the house a parking place for a car. There in a garden is a volleyball net and a table and chairs to enjoy in summer days. The swimming pool has a surface of a 26 m².

The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvincenat is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria.
