It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a sofa bed for an additional person, as well as a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with two single beds). The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking in front of the house. The living room has an exit to a balcony with seating furniture and a pleasant sea view. In just a 5 minute walk, you can reach the Bay of St. Martin, where you will find a beautiful, newly renovated beach with a beach bar and lots of shade.

The area of Špadići is also well connected to the Poreč city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town promenade Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
