The detached and lovingly furnished holiday home offers great comfort in a coordinated color harmony for 4-6 people. It has a living room and a separate kitchen the way you want it. There are two bedrooms, one with an additional bunk bed and one with a TV. A travel cot and a highchair are available!
The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Right next to the house there is a car parking space and a garden shed to see under your bikes.

The recreational opportunities are to be found in and around Sternberg! Especially the water walking with Kanu is very important here.
Mecklenburg Vorpommern is the land of deep forests and sparkling lakes, rolling hills and plains, as well as home to many animals such as eagles, storks, cranes and many more. It is the land are connected with each other in the unique culture and nature. Hundreds of miles of bike and hiking trails, and horseback riding and water tours. This is what you can enjoy with a little time and an eye for the beauty of nature and relax. Around the today "state-approved resort" is the Sternberg Lake area (with more than 90 lakes) and many refuges of nature. So are the "upper lakes", the crystal clear spring lake a refuge for otters, lizards, kingfishers, orchids and gorse bushes.

Die Stornierungsgebühren betragen:
ab 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises
ab 28 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 70 % des Mietpreises
ab 56 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50 % des Mietpreises
bis 56 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises
unter der Voraussetzung, dass eine Wiedervermietung nicht möglich war.
Als Mieter haben Sie das Recht, einen Ersatzmieter zu stellen, der das Ferienobjekt in vollem Umfang übernimmt.
Bei einer erneuten Vermietung wird lediglich eine reine Stornierungsgebühr von € 50,00 in Rechnung gestellt.
Vorzeitige Abreise:
Bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung des Mietpreises.
Kam ein Vertrag zustande und der Vermieter kann diesen nicht erfüllen, so werden dem Mieter alle bereits getätigten Zahlungen in voller Höhe rückerstattet. Weitergehende Schadensersatzansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.
Gründe für eine Nichterfüllung seitens des Vermieters beschränken sich darauf, dass das Haus für den Mieter objektiv nicht benutzbar ist (höhere Gewalt, Naturkatastrophen, Vandalismus u.ä.). Persönliche Gründe des Vermieters sind ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
