Cancellation policy
Tenants can withdraw from the contract in writing at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of the withdrawal notice by the landlord is decisive. The cancellation costs amount to 50% of the rental price up to 60 days before arrival, 80% of the rental price from 60 to 14 days before arrival, and thereafter 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Casa Refugio is located in a quiet residential area against the stunning mountain backdrop of Montana Rubicon. The Papagayo sandy beaches are within walking distance, as is the Marina Rubicon yacht harbor with restaurants. The beach promenade leads to Playa Blanca. A supermarket is about 500 meters away, and the Fire Mountains are nearby. After your explorations, return to the tranquility of Casa Refugio.
Getting there
With the rental car, you drive from Arrecife Airport towards Yaiza, then on to Playa Blanca. In Playa Blanca, head to the suburb of Las Coloradas, and in 30 minutes you will be at the house.

my name is Michael Schmitt. I have only recently taken over Casa Refugio at the end of 2021
and I am trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage ( um Verminderung des Lärms der beim Überfahren knallenden Kanaldeckel wird nach Lösungen gesucht ) und bestens ausgestattet, wie z.B. das Fliegenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern und der Warmluftkollektor. Der große Pool, gleichbleibend ca. 1,40 m tief, hatte nach 3 Tagen Anlaufschwierigkeiten ( ausgefallener FI Schutzschalter unter Verschluss, kurz bemessene Laufzeit der Zeitschaltuhr ) eine angenehme Temperatur von 27/28 Grad erreicht. Am letzten Tag gab es kein Netz ( TV, Internet) und bis 10:00 Uhr keine Rückmeldung auf unsere frühe Nachricht, und dann war die Woche auch schon vorbei.
Vielen Dank, Sie haben uns ein modernes, sauberes und gemütliches Ferienhaus vermietet, in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Vielen Dank für Ihr ehrliches Feedback zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Ferienhaus. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen das moderne, saubere und gemütliche Haus gefallen hat und Sie sich dort wohl gefühlt haben.
Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Lärm der Kanaldeckel und freuen uns Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass wir bereits nach Lösungen suchen, um dieses Problem zu beheben. Ebenso entschuldigen wir uns für die Startschwierigkeiten des Pools und die technischen Probleme mit TV und Internet am letzten Tag. Ein zuverlässiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt unserer Gäste liegt uns sehr am Herzen, und wir werden die genannten Punkte sehr ernst nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen treffen.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen in der Casa Refugio und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, mit der Wärmepumpe hatten wir im Pool eine Wassertemperatur von Max. 29 Grad, der Blick vom Whirlpool Richtung Meer ist toll!
Sowohl die Anmietung durch den Vermieter als auch der Kontakt zu den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort war nett und problemlos. Wir würden die Casa Refugio gerne wieder anmieten!
