Luxury holiday home 'De Non', newly built and completed in May 2022, offers all the comfort one could wish for on vacation.
This single-story house has a beautiful and idyllic location. The interior is decorated with soft color tones, beautiful materials, and with great finesse, exuding warmth and atmosphere.
From both the living room and the bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. A sliding door provides access to the covered terrace. There is a wonderful seating area with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV. The open kitchen is fully and luxuriously equipped. The bathroom is comfortable with a delightful rain shower.
You are welcome to use the sauna for a fee of €20 per use. Bathrobes and towels are also provided.
The holiday home is optimally insulated, sustainably built without gas, equipped with solar panels, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. It has its own - secured - Wi-Fi network, making it suitable for work (from home) too! We have fiber-optic internet.
The lovely outdoor area offers a wonderful space to sit. Enjoy the peace and the expansive view with coffee and cake or a delightful glass of wine.

At our place, you can comfortably relax and enjoy the view or just step out: the Wadden Sea coast (UNESCO World Heritage) is nearby. The magnificent Leeuwarden (formerly European Capital of Culture), the beautiful Franeker with its planetarium (nominated for the World Heritage list), and the bustling port city of Harlingen are all close by. Or how about a day trip to the Wadden Islands?
Looking for a holiday with a group of four but still want your own space? Next to the holiday home 'De Non' is the almost identically furnished 'De Noazem'. Both apartments have their own entrance, two private terraces each (front and side) and plenty of privacy.
There's also a shared covered terrace available. Here, you can enjoy a great barbecue.
Discover the surroundings of Franeker, from the Wadden Sea to the city. The port city of Harlingen, the shopping city of Franeker, and the provincial capital of Leeuwarden are definitely worth a visit.
