We are pleased to welcome you as a guest in our home in the air health resort of Eppenbrunn. Our house is located in a quiet side street. The premium hiking trails are all within walking distance, as well as dining options. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. A very good starting point for hiking or mountain biking and for a trip to nearby France.
3 free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
Upon request, we are happy to serve you a hearty breakfast (not included in the price).
With us, you can choose between an apartment for a maximum of 3 people and our vacation apartment for a maximum of 6 people plus a baby bed (3 years).
In the garden, 2 seating areas, one of which is covered, invite you to relax. There is also the possibility to grill.
The apartment (approx. 35sqm) features a triple bedroom with a separate living area, shower and toilet, as well as an open kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and direct access to the (palm) garden.
The vacation apartment on the 1st floor (approx. 104sqm) features a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed (19 sqm); a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (29 sqm); a bedroom with bunk beds (12sqm); kitchen with a dining area for 6 people (17sqm) and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, and toilet (14sqm).
There is a large balcony adjoining the living room, equipped with a table and chairs. Of course, guests of the vacation apartment are also welcome to find peace and relaxation in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher.
The living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway feature underfloor heating.

Über die A6 Mannheim/Kaiserslautern, bei der Ausfahrt Kaiserslautern-West auf die B270 bis Pirmasens. Ab Pirmasens der Ausschilderung Richtung Bitche folgen über Nieder- und Obersimten, Trulben nach Eppenbrunn. In Eppenbrunn der Ortsdurchfahrtsstraße folgen, rechts ab in die Mittlere Haardstraße, rechts in die Obere Haardstraße, rechts in die Friedhofstraße.
Oder über die A 8/65 Stuttgart-Karlsruhe-Landau, Ausfahrt Landau-Nord.
Ab Landau-Nord B10 Richtung Pirmasens. Bis zur Abfahrt Lemberg/Eppenbrunn. In Eppenbrunn links in den Verkehrsberuhigten Bereich (Mittlere Haardstraße), rechts in die Obere Haardstraße, rechts in die Friedhofstraße.
