The building is situated in a quiet location, on the coast of Burler Bay, twenty meters from the sea. The first beach is 500 meters away, and the sandy beach is just a few minutes' drive.
The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. With a size of 35 m², it offers a bedroom, living room with sleeping facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee machine.

The former fishing village has transformed over the past decades into a modern holiday destination and, together with the neighboring towns of Pomer, Banjole, and Premantura, forms the popular Medulin Riviera.
Along the lively, friendly beach promenade, restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops have settled, inviting you to stroll around.
Expect a drive of approximately 6.5 hours from Munich in good traffic conditions. If you prefer to travel by bus, train, or airplane, this is also possible. Medulin is well connected to public transportation, and Pula Airport is only 16 km from the holiday destination.
