The villa (1st of 3) has a fantastic view over the bay of Plakias. It has a living/dining area with access to a large partly covered terrace of approx. 50 sqm equipped with terrace furniture and sun loungers. The villa has 2 double bedrooms. Both with sea view as well as 1 large bathroom. The house has WLAN ,SAT TV/ air conditioning. A private pool about 3.1 x6 m(completion Jan22) offers sufficient refreshment.
There is 1 x per week cleaning. On the first day of your vacation the owner offers you a free breakfast.
The management is available at any time.

To Plakias and the sandy beach it is about 5 minutes by car. Another sandy beach " Souda Bay is also only about 1. 2 km away.
