One of 3 newly built chalets with garden and heated pool (April, May and October, November) only about 50 m from Damnoi beach near Plakias on Crete's south coast.
The villa has a living-dining room with open plan kitchen with access to the sheltered terrace with patio furniture parasol, lawn and pool, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor is the 2nd bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom and access to the roof terrace with sea views. The chalet has wifi, satellite TV, Netflix and air conditioning L/C and washing machine.
It is cleaned several times a week.
